Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking individual with high positive energy levels and want to make a difference.  You must be resourceful, creative with excellent people management skills.  You will play a key role in planning, developing, implementing, managing the overall marketing strategy for the company.

 

Job Description:

  • Planned, strategies, executed, and manage marketing campaign for the public, corporate clients, schools, and media for various purposes
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Management of corporate clients and loyalty programs
  • Handles directed marketing and promotion campaigns of the product and services of Q&M and its subsidiaries through/on ATL, BTL, Digital (SEM, SEO, and GDN), and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WeChat, etc).
  • Coordinate and maintain various social media accounts and websites of Q & M
  • Develop and maintain the marketing budget and expenses by overseeing and tracking its post-campaign performance.
  • Provide, present monthly reports to the senior management on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and key analysis of corporate sales.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Provide training and guidance to internal digital markets and other marketing positions in the team
  • Any other ad hoc projects and duties as assigned.
