-Available only on selected days and times at participating clinics listed below. This list may change and is accurate at the time of publication.
-Additional treatment, if required, will incur a separate sterilisation and disposable fee of either $19.60 or $65.40 per visit.
-Not applicable for deep scaling, gum treatment, or root planing.
-Patients must quote 'scaling and polishing $109' at the time of booking.
-Not stackable with other ongoing arrangements.
