HR Assistant / HR Executive

To support the HR Director in the full spectrum of HR operations and HR Business Partnering role, particularly in recruitment. To also embrace the role of a learning & development champion in the organization.


  • Provide day-to-day administration and operational support to the HR-People team.
  • Support the entire employee lifecycle including but not limited to on-boarding briefing, performance management process, employee relations, exit management.
  • Support recruitment activities (i.e. screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, to offering, work pass application and administering the signing of contracts).  Ensure effectiveness and completeness in a timely manner.
  • Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of training courses, update and maintain training record etc;
  • Maintain HR database & records and ensure information are updated regularly
  • Responsible for staff activities and general support such as coordination for organising company events and activities.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Any other HR projects / initiatives and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR practice
  • Knowledge in Singapore Employment act, MOM regulatory guidelines and all levels of work pass & employment pass requirements
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced working environment
  • Organized, detail oriented and results driven individual
  • Possess pleasant personality, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • A team player and possess a strong desire to create and maintain a unique office culture
